  is oftc-hybrid7/bc6(dev0)
  bc6(dev0) is just 5(final)+bugfixes
  usually dev0 is my playground but the xline core is annoying.

oftc-hybrid7/bc is oftc-hybrid-1.6.7 patched for blackcobalt's use.

ircservices patches are against a clean ircservices-5.1.20
Changelog is available in the patch itself. 
Most changes are oftc-hybrid/bc specific.
There is a patch in old/ that only enables halfop support.

Please note that the example.conf included isn't an actual current bc config.
